Cooking Ingredients for Snacko Recipe

8 oz Corn muffin mix
1 c Coarsely chopped salted
-peanuts
1/2 c Grated Parmesean cheese
1 ts Garlic salt
3 tb Butter; melted

Snacko Preparation

Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions; spread evenly in well-greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with peanuts, cheese, and garlic salt; drizzle butter over top. Bake in 375 deg oven 25 minutes or till crisp and lightly browned.
