Date: Wed, 20 Mar 1996 01:30:06 -0500 From: BobbieB1@aol.com Cream shortening & sugar for 30 seconds. Beat in the vinegar. Add flour, tartar, soda & salt. Mix well. Form into 1 inch balls & roll in the combined cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
