2 Cloves garlic; chopped
1 tb Peeled; chopped fresh

2 ts Chopped fresh basil plus 4

1/2 c Almonds; toasted and chopped

Snow Peas Tossed with Ginger And Almonds Preparation
Pinch off the stem ends of the snow peas and remove strings, if any. Heat the oil in a wok or high-sided large saute pan over high heat until very hot. Add the garlic and ginger and saute over high heat until fragrant. Add the snow peas and toss, stir-frying for about 2 minutes. Add the chile paste, honey, and the 2 teaspoons of basil and cook until the snow peas are crisp-tender, 1 to 2 minutes. Season to taste with the soy sauce, add the almonds, and toss well.
