1/3 lb Snow peas; trimmed and
-washed

Snowpeas with Red Bell Pepper Preparation

In a skillet melt butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic and red bell pepper and cook for 1 minute. Stir in snowpeas and toss to mix. Add water and cover. Cook for 3 minutes or until the snowpeas are just tender.
