8 Marshmallows; cut up, (or 32

1 ts Salt
1 ts Unflavored gelatin; softened
-in 1 tbsp. water
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 cn (small) crushed pineapple;
-drained.
1 Carrots; grated, (up to 2)
1 Apple; chopped
1/2 pt Whipping cream; whipped

Pour 2 cups boiling water over lemon or lime gelatin, marshmallows and softened cream cheese. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients except whipped cream.
