Cooking Ingredients for Soda Cracker Bars Recipe
1 c Brown sugar
1 c Butter
Soda crackers
12 oz Chocolate chips; *see note
Soda Cracker Bars Preparation
Combine butter and brown sugar and boil for 3 minutes. Line an 11×15 inch jelly roll pan with foil; cover with a layer of soda crackers. Pour brown sugar mixture over crackers and spread evenly. Bake at 400F for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and return to ove to melt. Spread with spatula and refrigerate. Nuts may be added to brown sugar mixture or sprinkled on top.
