3/4 c Whole wheat flour
1-1/2 c Bread flour
3/4 c Rye flour
2 ts Salt
1 tb Butter
1-1/2 tb Molasses
3 tb Honey
1 c Warm water
Soft Pumpernickel Bread Preparation
Load machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White bread cycle or regular cycle on Lightest crust to Medium crust setting. Mc formatting by bobbi744@sojourn.com NOTES : Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf. Per 1 1/2 pound loaf: 1712 calories, 18 grams fat, 31 mg. cholesterol. Bobbie”s Note: I added about 2 tsp. gluten to this bread. It was soft and very flavorful. Nice dark color.
