Lettuce

Soft Shell Crab Po-Boy Preparation

Clean soft shell crabs, mix flour, salt and pepper. Powder crabs with flour mix and fry in peanut oil until golden. Drain crabs on paper towels. Make po-boy with crabs and dress. Volume 01 Number 416 on Dec 30, 1997
