Cooking Ingredients for Sole with Mushrooms Recipe

4 Sole fillets;, (about 4 oz.
-each)
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 md Tomato; seeded and chopped
1/2 c (2 Oz.) Sargento Classic
-Supreme or Fancy Shredded
-Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 c (1 oz.) Sargento Fancy
-Supreme Shredded Parmesan
-Cheese

Sole with Mushrooms Preparation

Place fillets in lightly greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes over fillets. Cover and bake at 325oF 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Uncover; sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Let stand, covered, about 3 minutes until cheeses are melted. by molony <molony@scsn.net> on Feb 23, 1998
