Sopa Azteca (Tortilla Soup) Preparation

HEAT BUTTER IN 3-QUART SAUCEPAN. SAUTE ONION, TOMATOES, ONION AND GARLIC. ADD CHICKEN BROTH AND CILANTRO, SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES. DIVIDE CHILI PEPPERS, TORTILLAS AND AVOCADO BETWEEN BOWLS.
