1-1/2 c Yogurt; I used 4 o/o Eshel
1/4 c Sugar
2 ts Vanilla essence
Oil for deep frying
Sugar powder for decoration

source : OSEM Mix all ingredients, allow to raise, covered with a towel for short time. Heat oil and fry small dounuts on both sides until golden-brown. With a slotted spoon remove on plate covered with paper towels. Before serving decorate with sugar powder.
