Cooking Ingredients for Sour Cream Rolls, Abm Recipe

1/4 c Water
1/4 c Sour cream
1/4 c Butter – small pieces
1 Whole egg – large
2 c Flour – bread
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1 pk Active dry yeast

Sour Cream Rolls, Abm Preparation

Combine ingredients in bread machine. Process in dough cycle. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead 4-5 times; divide in half. Shape each portion into 9 rolls, and place in an 8-inch round pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place, (85degrees) free from drafts, 40 minutes or until double in bulk.
