Cooking Ingredients for Southern Browned Carrot Patties Recipe

1-1/2 c Grated raw carrots
3 tb Grated onions
3 c Bread crumbs
3/4 ts Baking powder
2 Eggs; beaten
1/4 c Milk
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
3 tb Butter

Southern Browned Carrot Patties Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except butter. Mix well and form into patties similar to potato cakes, about 3 in diameter, there will be 12 such patties. Heat butter in a skillet, brown on both sides. Tootie Note: Good with syrup or honey poured over them. Also, use with ham and eggs for a different supper meal.
