2 cn Blackeyed peas (drained)
2 cn Hominy (drained 1 white; 1
-yellow
1 cn (small) sliced black olives
-(drained)
1 cn (small) sliced jalapenos
-(drained)
1 c Chopped green or red bell
-pepper
1 c Chopped green onions
3 Fresh tomatoes chopped
1 Bottle (8 ounce) Italian
-salad dressing

Southwest Caviar Preparation
