Southwest Ruffle Salad Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, milk, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt. Add the pasta, tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, zucchini and green onions, then toss to coat well.
