-Spinach (thawed & well
-drained)
1/2 c Hot water
1/3 c Low-fat cottage cheese
1/3 c Snipped fresh basil OR 2
-TBSP dried basil crushed
2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tb Olive oil or veg. oil
2 Cloves garlic; minced
8 oz Spaghetti or fusilli; cooked
-& drained

Cover and blend or process till smooth. Spoon pesto over the hot pasta. Toss to mix well.
