3-3/8 c Spelt Flour
2 tb Sugar
3 tb Powdered milk or substitute
1 ts Salt
2 tb Canola Oil
1-3/8 c Water; room temperature
1 pk QuickRise Yeast
Spelt Bread – Large Preparation
DIRECTIONS: Place all ingredients except yeast in baking pan. Set for Whole Wheat, Rapid Bake Mode. Place yeast in dispenser. This is for Panasonic 65.
