Cooking Ingredients for Spiced Cocoa 2 Recipe

1 c Water
1 Cinnamon stick
4 Whole cloves
4 Whole allspice
1/4 c Cocoa
1/4 c Sugar
3 c Milk

Spiced Cocoa 2 Preparation
