1 Head red leaf lettuce
1 Head bibb lettuce
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
1/2 Tart apple
1/2 c Walnut oil
1/4 c Wine vinegar
Salt & black pepper
Grated Romano cheese

Bib And Walnut Salad Preparation

Tear both heads of lettuce into bite-size pieces & place in salad bowl. Sprinkle walnuts over lettuce. Add chopped apple. Mix together oil, vinegar, salt & pepper. Drizzle over salad & toss well. Sprinkle Romano cheese over all before serving. Approximately 5-8 minutes.
