5 oz Canned chickpeas; drained
-and rinsed (reserve 1 tsp.
-liquid)
1 ts Sesame tahini
1 Garlic cloves; minced
1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 ts Olive oil
1/4 ts Cumin
1/4 ts Coriander
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
White pepper
3/4 ts Parsley; minced

Spicy Hummus Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Use 1 tsp. bean juice to moisten, if necessary. Process until smooth.
