1/4 Bell pepper; sliced
1 Celery stalk; diced
1/2 Cucumber; chopped
1 bn Fresh cilantro; chopped
1/4 bn Fresh parsley or about 1
-Tbs.dry
1/4 c Corn kernals
1/4 c Whole red;pinto or black
-beans
1 Spicy (16-oz) picante sause
Salt; pepper and garlic

1 Fresh tomato; chopped (add
-just before serving)

Add picante sauce and spices. Add tomatoes. Serve with toasted warm pita or bagels. Keeps well overnight, but best if tomatoes are added just before serving.
