Cooking Ingredients for Pineapple Zucchini Recipe
3 Egg whites – whipped
1 c Applesauce
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Zucchini – shredded
1 8 oz can
3 c Unbleached flour
2 c Granulated sugar
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking powder
1-1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 c Raisins
Pineapple – crushed/drained
Pineapple Zucchini Preparation
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, applesauce, vanilla, zucchini , and pineapple. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and raisins. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into prepared baking pan(s).
