Cooking Ingredients for Pistachio Raita Recipe
500 g Natural yogurt; (1lb)
4 tb Rose-water
2 tb Clear honey
20 g Unsalted shelled pistachio
-nuts; chopped ( 3/4oz)
A pinch of ground saffron or
-a few; soaked for a few
; saffron strands, minutes
Pistachio Raita Preparation
