Cooking Ingredients for Pizza Nicoise Recipe

Pizza dough
1/2 c Grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
3 Plum tomatoes
1/4 lb Fresh green beans
1 Onion
1 Garlic clove
1 cn Tuna
10 Green olives
2 tb Capers
1 tb Rosemary leaves
1/4 c Feta cheese
1/4 c Fontina cheese
Salt & black pepper

Pizza Nicoise Preparation

Preheat oven to 450. Sprinkle pizza dough circle with mozzarella cheese, then Parmesan cheese, tomato slices, green beans & onion slices. Sprinkle on minced garlic, tuna, olives, capers, rosemary leaves, feta & fontina cheeses, salt & pepper. Bake on pizza pan until crusts are golden brown. Serve cut into wedges. Approximately 10-12 minutes.
