1 Pizza base or pizza dough
Cooked lobster
Pesto sauce
Spring onions
Leeks
Plum tomatoes
Olive oil
Ground black pepper

Pizza with Lobster And Pesto Preparation

Use as much of each ingredient as you like, according to taste. Chop the spring onions and leeks and saut‚ in a little butter or oil. Heat a pizza stone or baking tray in a hot oven. If using a pizza stone, place the pizza dough on to it. Spread pesto sauce on the pizza and add the lobster. Add the leeks and spring onions, plum tomatoes and lobster claws and tails if you like.
