Cooking Ingredients for Plum Ice Recipe

20 Plums
1/2 c Fresh Orange Juice
2 Lemons; Juiced
1/3 c Honey

Plum Ice Preparation

1. Put fruit and force pulp with juice through ricer or sieve. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. 3. Put tray in lower compartment of freezing unit. 4. With temperature control at coldest point, freeze until partly frozen. 5. Remove to iced owl and beat with chilled rotary beater until light. 6. Return to tray and freeze until firm.
