Cooking Ingredients for Plum Sorbet Recipe

2-1/2 c Plums; peeled and diced
1/3 c Fresh lemon juice
1/3 c Sugar
3 tb Cherry brandy

Plum Sorbet Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a container and freeze for several hours. Remove from the freezer, whip, and freeze again for 2 hours. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
