1 Hawaiian red pepper, seeded
And minced.
2 ts Ground, roasted kukui nuts

Poke Aku (Hawaiian Raw Fish) Preparation

Cut aku into 1/2 inch cubes. Combine limu, salt, pepper and kukui nuts; add fish cubes and mix well. Chilll before serving.
