Cooking Ingredients for Poke Aku – Shoyu Style Recipe
2 lb Aku (skipjack tuna)
3 tb Fresh ginger root; grated
1/2 c Green onions; chopped
1/2 c Shoyu (soy sauce)
2 tb Toasted sesame seeds; ground
Poke Aku – Shoyu Style Preparation
