1/2 c Butter; creamed
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 Egg yolk; beaten
1 c Flour
Egg white
Ground nuts

Bird s Nest Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff. Roll dough in little balls, size of walnut. Then roll in egg white and ground nuts. Press thumb in center to leave small print. Bake 8 minutes; remove from oven.
