Cooking Ingredients for Pollo All aceto Balsimico Recipe
4 lb Chicken cutlets
3 tb Olive oil
2 c Onion, chopped
4 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 c Warm water
1/2 c Balsamic vinegar
2 tb Sm. capers
1/4 c Black olives, diced
1 ts Italian seasoning
1/2 ts Rosemary
1/2 c Fresh Italian parsley,
-chopped
Crushed black pepper
Pollo All aceto Balsimico Preparation
Cut chicken cutlets into 2 inch pieces. In a large skillet, saute oil, onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add the chicken and brown slightly. Pour the water and balsamic vinegar over the chicken; add the capers, olives and all seasonings. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add black pepper to taste. Serves 8.
