Cooking Ingredients for Popcorn Snack 2 Recipe
2 c Air-popped popcorn
1/2 c Oat bran flakes
1 ts Onion powder
1 ts Garlic powder
1 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
Popcorn Snack 2 Preparation
Toss all together while popcorn is still warm. Makes 2-1/2 cups. PER RECIPE: 154 cals, 4g protein, 30g carbs, 2g fat, 95 mg sodium, 4 mg cholesterol. TIPS: Use nonfat Parmesan and the cals go up a bit but the fat goes way down.
