Cooking Ingredients for Popeye Chicken Recipe

10 oz Frozen chopped spinach;
-thawed, drained, excess
-moisture squeezed out
4 Boneless skinless chicken
-breast halves
1 c Mayonnaise
11 oz Canned cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 ts Curry powder
1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c Cornflake crumbs
2 tb Parsley

Popeye Chicken Preparation

Prep: 10 min, Cook: 35 min. Preheat oven to 350oF. Spray a casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Press spinach in bottom of casserole in an even layer. Place chicken on top. Combine next 3 ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly over chicken. Cover top with cheese. Sprinkle corn flakes crumbs over top, then parsley.
