Cooking Ingredients for Alfredo s Noodles Recipe

1/2 lb Noodles; 1/4 inch wide
1/4 lb Unsalted butter; melted
1 c Heavy cream; warmed
3/4 c Freshly grated Parmesan
-cheese
Salt to taste
1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper

Alfredo s Noodles Preparation

Have a large bowl warmed and ready before you cook the noodles. Drain the cooked noodles and put them into the bowl. Quickly add remaining ingredients, tossing briskly to coat all the noodles, and serve at once. Recipe is from _The Fannie Farmer Cookbook_, 13th edition.
