Cooking Ingredients for Porcupine Meat Balls Recipe

1-1/2 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Rice
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 tb Onion, minced
1 cn Tomato soup
1/2 c Water

Porcupine Meat Balls Preparation

Wash rice thoroughly. Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into small balls. Heat tomato soup and water in cooker. Drop meat balls in soup mixture. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 10 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Let pressure drop of its own accord.
