Add juice, and oil, and then the dry ingredients one tablespoon at a time. Beat well. Variations: NUT CAKE: add wine instead of the juice, add one half cup chopped nuts and 100 grams of grated bittersweet chocolate MARBLE CAKE: Add 2 Tbspn cocoa to 1/3 of the batter SPICE CAKE: add 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp, ginger and 1/2 tsp nutmeg CHOCOLATE CAKE: add 1/2 cup cocoa and you can switch thejuice with milk.
