15 g Butter; (1/2oz)
2 Shallots or small onions;
-finely chopped
375 g Pork fillet; cut into strips

1 sm Red pepper; cut into strips
125 g Broccoli florets; blanched

1 Mango; peeled and diced
1 tb Soy sauce
Salt and freshly ground
-black pepper
Pork And Mango Stir Fry Preparation
1. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan or wok. 2. Fry the shallots or onions and pork over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Add the pepper and broccoli and cook for a further 2 minutes. 4. Stir in the mango, soy sauce and seasoning to taste. Heat through and serve immediately with rice or noodles. Converted by MC_Buster.
