Cooking Ingredients for Pork Chops with Mustard and Dill Recipe

4 Center loin pork chops,
-boneless, trimmed
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 tb Fresh dill, chopped
2 ts Olive oil
1 ts Garlic, finely chopped
2 tb Dry bread crumbs, unseasoned

Pork Chops with Mustard and Dill Preparation

Heat broiler. Flatten chops to 1/2 thickness, using meat mallet or bottom of heavy skillet. Transfer chops to broiler pan; sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Combine mustard, dill, oil and garlic in small bowl. Spread evenly over chops. Sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs. Broil chops 4 from heat for 5 minutes or until just cooked through.
