1/2 c Packed dried apricots
1/2 c Packed pitted prunes
1/4 c Port or madeira
2 Whole cloves
1/2 c Plain whole milk yogurt
Port Soused Fruit with Yogurt (Mf) Preparation
Place fruit in small saucepan with Port and cloves. Slowly bring liquid to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes just until fruit is tender. Remove saucepan from heat and cool fruit to room temperature. remove cloves. Spoon fruit into dessert bowl and top with yogurt.
