1/2 c Tomato juice
1/4 c Chopped dill pickles
1/4 c Chopped celery
2 ts Capers
3 tb Chopped onions
2 Cloves garlic
2 tb Stuffed green olives,

1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
2 tb Worchestershire sauce
1 ts Seasoned instant tenderizer

Portuguese Sauce Preparation
