1 cn (29 oz) hominy
1 Red; (28 oz) chile sauce
-(salsa de chile colorado)

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. cook on high for 4 hrs or low all day… i doubt you could overcook this. This has been over-simplified. if there are any mexican cooks out there, please feel free to add your two cents” worth!
