Cooking Ingredients for Potato Bacon Pie Recipe
1 lb Bacon,chopped
1 Onion; chopped
8 Large eggs,beaten
1 lb Potatoes,peeled and grated
2-3/4 c Grated sharp cheddar
1/2 ts Black pepper
Potato Bacon Pie Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp. Drain well. Combine eggs with potatoes and cheese. Mix in bacon.
