1 cn Cream of celery soup
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 ct (8-oz) sour cream
1 sm Onion; chopped
1 sm Bell pepper; chopped
1 pk (32-oz) frozen hash brown

Potato Bake Casserole Preparation
