1 Medium Potato
(freshly boiled)
1 lb Confectioners sugar
1 ts Vanilla
Or flavoring
Peanut butter
Potato Candy 2 Preparation
Mash the potato. Add 1 cup sugar, and flavoring Mix. Add sugar until a thick mass is formed. This will be very thick. Roll out between waxed paper like for pie crust.
