Cooking Ingredients for Potato Corn Soup Recipe
2 tb Butter or margarine
1/4 c Chopped onion
4 c Chicken broth
4 c Diced pared white potatoes
1 c Pared sliced carrots
2 ts Lemon juice
2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Dried leaf thyme
1 cn (16oz) whole kernel corn;
-drained
Potato Corn Soup Preparation
