Cooking Ingredients for Potato Dressing Recipe

4 c Mashed potatoes, hot
1-1/2 c Bread crumbs, fine
2/3 c Bacon fat
1/2 c Onion, chopped fine
1/2 c Celery, chopped
2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper, ground
1/2 ts Sage, ground
1 Egg, large, beaten

Potato Dressing Preparation
