Cooking Ingredients for Potato Puff Recipe
4 c Potato, pureed
1/4 c Butter
1/2 c Milk
2 Eggs, separated
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
Potato Puff Preparation
Heat butter and milk until butter is melted. Beat into potato puree. Beat in egg yolks and seasoning. Beat whites until stiff and fold in. Turn mixture into buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes until puffed and golden. Recipe by: Sauce It!
