8 md Potatoes
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
1/4 c Melted margerine
1-1/2 c Sour cream
1-1/2 ts Salt
Pepper to taste
1 sm Onion, chopped very fine
1-1/2 c Grated sharp cheddar
Potato/cheese Casserole Preparation
Cook 8 medium potatoes in salted water with a bay leaf. Let cool. Peel and grate coarsely. Put in greased 9×13 baking pan. Mix together and pour over potatoes remaining ingredients. Cover and bake 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle top with: 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/2 cup crushed potato chips Bake a few minutes more.
