Cooking Ingredients for Potatoes Piquant Recipe

4 Potatoes
1 Green or red bell pepper;
-minced
1 md Onion; minced
1 Clove garlic; peeled and
-minced
1 c Plain yogurt
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts TABASCO Pepper Sauce
3 tb Seasoned bread crumbs

Potatoes Piquant Preparation

Preheat oven to 350oF. Place potatoes in saucepan and fill with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with fork. Drain; cut into small chunks. In medium-sized baking dish, combine potatoes, pepper, onion, garlic, yogurt, salt and Tabasco sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 15-18 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
