3 Sprigs fresh thyme, with
-blossoms
1/2 ts Lemon zest, fresh
Freshly ground black pepper,
-to taste
1 c Wax beans, frozen
1 pn Salt, as needed
Potatoes with Lemon, Thyme and Wax Beans Preparation
Scrub the thin-skinned small (waxy) potatoes and cut into 4ths and 6ths etc. Steam in a cooker with the thyme sprigs, minced lemon zest, and pepper. Steams about 15 to 18 minutes.
